We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Polemen to join our dynamic team. This role involves climbing utility poles to install, repair, and maintain electricity distribution systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and maintenance of overhead and underground power lines.
• Perform inspections on electrical equipment and identify potential issues.
• Respond to power outages and emergency situations immediately.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records of work done and materials used for each job.
• Ensure job sites are clean and safe post-completion.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Work on-site and in various conditions, adapting to changes as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational qualification in a related field.

Experience

• Experience with pole and tower climbing.

Technical Skills

• Heavy machinery operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
