Job Description

As a Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator, you will handle the machinery and processes involved in the bleaching and dyeing of textiles. This includes monitoring machine parameters, adjusting settings to ensure optimal performance, and ensuring quality standards are met. Responsibilities

• Manage dyeing and bleaching processes, making real-time adjustments as required.
• Monitor quality of dyed textiles, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Implement continuous improvement measures to enhance production efficiency.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to evaluate and document production quality.
• Assist in developing training materials for new operators.
• Participate in safety and operational training sessions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile technology is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
