Job Description

We are seeking a talented Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologist to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems and electronic components while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and validate electronic devices and systems.
• Implement modifications and optimizations to designs based on testing feedback.
• Coordinate efforts with production for smooth transition to manufacturing.
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical technologies.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
• Review and approve technical documentation for projects.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in related roles

• Testing Equipment

Certifications

• IEEE Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with PLC Programming: Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is preferred.
