Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance crew, ensuring productivity.
• Conduct performance assessments of tanks to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist in developing maintenance schedules and operational procedures.
• Implement best practices for mechanical repairs and systems maintenance.
• Liaise with suppliers for procurement of specialized parts.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades to existing maintenance tools and software.
• Participate in safety audits and risk assessments of maintenance activities.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Technology is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of hands-on experience with specialty tanks or armored vehicles.
