Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating a tray casting machine to produce plastic trays for packaging and storage. You will ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain tray casting machinery effectively.
• Ensure trays produced adhere to quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and record production metrics.
• Make necessary adjustments to machine settings for optimal output.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve machine reliability.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Coordinate with the quality control team for product inspections.
• Address production challenges promptly and communicate issues clearly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training or certifications in manufacturing

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with experience in quality control processes.

Languages

• English: Fluent
