We are seeking a dedicated Animal Breeder (Fur Farmer) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for breeding and raising animals for their fur, ensuring their health and welfare, and maintaining high standards of fur quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan breeding schedules and care routines to produce high-quality fur.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation regarding animal welfare.
• Supervise the fur processing stage, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Conduct effective marketing strategies for fur product sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the farm.
• Develop and implement improvements for farm practices.
• Train staff in ethical breeding and care techniques.
• Evaluate and report on the productivity and welfare of stock.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in farm management or animal breeding
