We are looking for an experienced First-Line Supervisor to oversee packing house operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture or food production and demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee packing house staff activities, ensuring compliance with quality assurance protocols.
• Schedule and manage operations to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Conduct maintenance checks on packing equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Liaise with logistics to ensure seamless transportation of packed products.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document production data and identify areas for efficiency boosts.
• Encourage staff development through training and mentorship.
• Monitor packaging processes and address any operational challenges.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to promote growth.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field

Experience

• 3+ years in a supervisory role within food production
