Job Description

As a Structural Engineer at Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd, you'll be responsible for the design and integrity of structures within various projects. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented who can ensure both functionality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from inception to completion.
• Perform risk assessments to predict potential design or construction challenges.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in structural engineering.
• Work closely with project managers to facilitate project budgeting and timelines.
• Contribute to the development of sustainable engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Postgraduate qualifications in Structural Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in structural engineering design and analysis

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Civil 3D

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Construction Industry Registration (CIR)
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with sustainable design practices: Knowledge of green building practices and environmental impact assessments.
• Familiarity with project budgeting: Experience in managing budgets for engineering projects.
