Join our team as an IT Support Technician! In this role, you'll be instrumental in supporting our IT infrastructure and ensuring that all systems operate smoothly. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will be crucial for maintaining high productivity levels. We seek a proactive and skilled technician who can work independently as well as part of a collaborative team to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and updates.
  • Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up their IT accounts and systems.
  • Provide training and support on IT tools and applications.
  • Work proactively to suggest improvements for IT processes and user experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • IT certifications such as Cisco CCNA or ITIL are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical support role
