The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and enhance service quality, ensuring guests leave with unforgettable memories.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the team towards consistently achieving service goals.
  • Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and development.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts to optimize hotel performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Foster an inclusive and positive work environment for all employees.
  • Utilize guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all guest requirements are met expediently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure hotel readiness.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Hospitality Management certifications preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
