Job Description

The Banbury Mixer Operator plays a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for the operation and maintenance of Banbury mixing equipment. This position requires a keen eye for quality control and a commitment to safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate Banbury mixers and troubleshoot any operational issues.
• Keep accurate records of production quantities and quality inspections.
• Collaborate with the mixing team to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety and health regulations consistently.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance and routine inspections.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Higher education in engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Mixer operation
• Quality control measurements

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills

Certifications

• Australian Work Safety Certificate

Languages
