Job Description

As a Grounds Specialist, you will maintain and enhance the beauty of our client's properties through careful landscaping and groundskeeping activities. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all outdoor spaces are visually appealing, healthy, and safe for all visitors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall aesthetics of the property through regular lawn maintenance.
• Operate landscaping machinery safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.
• Assist in developing grounds maintenance schedules.
• Review project plans and specifications for landscaping projects.
• Assist with community outreach for landscaping initiatives.
• Conduct seasonal inspections of grounds.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
• Current driver's licence

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in groundskeeping and landscaping

Languages

• English: Fluent
