We are seeking a skilled Patternmaker specializing in metal and plastic to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will interpret design sketches and develop patterns for a variety of apparel products.

Responsibilities

• Create and adjust patterns for various garment types, ensuring high-quality output.
• Utilize industry-standard pattern-making software like Adobe Illustrator and Gerber Technology.
• Maintain effective communication with team members throughout the production process.
• Assist in training junior patternmakers and production staff.
• Stay current with fashion trends and technologies in pattern making.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Fashion Design or Textile Engineering

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in pattern making within the textile industry

Technical Skills

• Pattern making software (Adobe Illustrator, Gerber Technology)
• Knowledge of textile and garment construction

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
