Job Description

We are seeking a Latexer to create and fabricate latex products tailored to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the manufacturing process, be capable of performing quality control checks, and have the ability to work efficiently with diverse materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, specifically electric shovels, to transport materials.
• Carry out pre-operation inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain clear communication with site supervisors regarding work progress.
• Uphold environmental and safety standards throughout operations.
• Record equipment performance and activity logs for reporting.
• Work collaboratively with the mining team to meet production targets.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in a mining or quarrying environment.

• Australian Heavy Vehicle Driver's License (with relevant endorsements)
