We are seeking a dedicated Blaster Helper to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will support the Blaster during explosive operations, focusing on safety and efficiency. Your tasks will involve preparing and handling explosives, carrying out equipment maintenance, and maintaining records. Responsibilities

• Assist the Blaster in preparing and handling explosive materials.
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures during explosive operations.
• Carry out routine maintenance on equipment and ensure proper storage of explosives.
• Help in setting up and dismantling explosive charges.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities related to explosive operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of safety equipment and protocols.
• Provide support during inspections and audits as required.
• Assist in emergency drills and safety training sessions.
• Follow all instructions carefully from the Blaster and supervisory team.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Blaster's License/Certificate (desired)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
