Job Description

As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for the installation of various flooring types including vinyl, laminate, and engineered timber. We are seeking a skilled tradesperson with a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our project teams to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality finishes.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair flooring in line with project timelines.
• Evaluate surface conditions before installation.
• Assist in selecting flooring materials based on client needs and preferences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that arise.
• Keep the worksite tidy and organized for safety and efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior flooring installers as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in flooring installation is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in flooring installation

• Flooring Installation
• Tool Operation

Certifications

• Certificate III in Flooring Technology
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
