Job Description

As a Network Operations Center Technician, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our organization's computer network systems. Your primary goal will be to ensure high availability and reliability of network services while troubleshooting outages and resolving network issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network performance and reliability.
• Respond to alerts and resolve network problems promptly.
• Assist in implementing updates and upgrades to the network.
• Communicate network performance updates and issues to clients.
• Document changes in network configurations accurately.
• Participate in after-hours support and emergency response.
• Analyze network performance reporting for improvement insights.
• Stay informed on industry standards and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Telecommunications or IT

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.

Technical Skills

• SD-WAN
• Network Troubleshooting

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+ Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
