Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our skilled team. This role involves operating machinery to produce ceramic products while ensuring quality and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Control and supervise the operation of machines during the ceramic production process.
• Perform adjustments to machinery as necessary to maintain product quality.
• Conduct inspections of processes and products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document production data and incidents for reporting and analysis.
• Engage in preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives and training.
• Provide feedback on production methods and suggest enhancements.
• Assist in inventory management of materials used in the production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A Certificate in Manufacturing or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Kiln Operation
• Machinery Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent
