Job Description

As a Labor Relations/Personnel Negotiator, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships between management and employees. Your expertise in negotiation will be crucial in resolving disputes and developing effective labor policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate labor negotiation initiatives and communicate outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on changes in labor legislation.
  • Analyze the impact of labor relations strategies.
  • Draft collective bargaining agreements and related documents.
  • Evaluate employee feedback to improve relations strategies.
  • Oversee compliance audits and recommend improvements.
  • Attend industry conferences to stay updated on labor trends.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff in the HR department.
  • Conduct regular assessment of labor relations policies.
  • Report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies to the HR director.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 6+ years in labor relations or HR
