Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warper Tender to operate and manage our warping machinery. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and possess strong technical skills. They will be responsible for ensuring that our warping processes run efficiently, resulting in high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee everyday operations of the warping process to ensure product quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and reporting any mechanical failures.
• Maintain stock levels of materials needed for warping.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in the warping area.
• Provide feedback for process improvement and training needs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Textile Manufacturing desirable

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in textile manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Textile Industry Knowledge
• CAD Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Awareness of workplace safety standards relevant to manufacturing.
• Experience using ERP systems: Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning software to manage production workflows.
