Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Textile Winding, Twisting, and Drawing Out Machine Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to efficiently wind silk thread onto spools, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain silk spooling machines and associated equipment.
• Control the speed and tension of silk threads effectively.
• Inspect and grade silk threads for quality assurance.
• Package and label finished silk spools according to specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Certification in Textile Manufacturing preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in textile machinery operation.

• Spooling Machinery Knowledge
