Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Fundraising Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our mission. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in relationship management, fundraising, and marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic fundraising plans in line with organizational goals.
  • Lead donor outreach efforts and follow-up communications.
  • Research and write grant proposals to secure funding.
  • Act as a spokesperson for the organization at community events.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on fundraising best practices.
  • Analyze donor data to help inform strategy and drive engagement.
  • Manage the fundraising budget effectively and ensure compliance.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and corporations for sponsorship.
  • Organize donor appreciation events to strengthen relationships.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years in fundraising or related management role
