Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineering Technologist to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of quality control processes, statistical analysis, and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production processes and propose improvements to enhance quality.
• Utilize statistical analysis tools to assess quality metrics.
• Train production staff on quality control procedures and practices.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Assist in supplier quality audits and assessments.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality improvement projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Certification in quality management preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a quality control role within manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent
