Job Description

As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our farming operations, including crop and livestock production, facility maintenance, and staff supervision. You will lead our efforts to innovate and improve sustainability in agricultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farm operations.
• Implement best practices for crop production and animal husbandry.
• Conduct regular inspections of farming equipment and facilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or agriculture-related fields
