As a Commercial Property Appraiser, you will be pivotal in evaluating commercial properties and determining their market value. Utilizing various techniques like cost, income, and sales comparison approaches, you will provide comprehensive appraisal reports to a range of clients including investors and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform site assessments and collect relevant data for market analysis.
• Create comprehensive appraisal reports including market analysis and valuation conclusions.
• Communicate appraisal results to clients effectively.
• Document all findings and maintain an up-to-date database of appraisal activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in all appraisal processes.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance appraisal knowledge and skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Economics
• Relevant certifications in Property Valuation

Experience

• 4+ years of commercial property appraisal experience
