Responsibilities

• Implement safety protocols to protect patients and self during procedures.
• Coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure timely analysis of specimens.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant vocational program in Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Science
• First Aid and CPR certifications must be current

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mobile phlebotomy is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Specimen Handling
• Computer Literacy

Advantageous

• Familiarity with pediatric and geriatric populations: Experience in providing phlebotomy services to children and elderly patients.
• Knowledge of specimen transportation protocols: Understanding protocols for safe transport of biological samples.
