Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries.
  • Provide support for customers experiencing issues with services.
  • Capture customer feedback and relay it to management.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers and guiding them through our service offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in Customer Service or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years in a customer service role
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

Languages
  • English: Fluent
