As a Taxi Driver with Reliable Rides Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their chosen destinations while offering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining our company's reputation for reliability and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely while following traffic regulations.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service throughout all rides.
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good repair.
• Follow all local traffic regulations and safety protocols.
• Handle fare payments and provide change appropriately.
• Record necessary details regarding trips and vehicle performance.
• Report any vehicle-related issues to relevant personnel.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage.
• Stay updated on local traffic situations and routes.
• Foster good rapport with passengers and colleagues alike.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Experience in customer service or as a driver is advantageous.

Technical Skills
