Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nail care services, including manicures and pedicures.
• Stay informed of nail technology advancements and implement new techniques.
• Recommend nail care products and treatments to clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon's nail care area.
• Provide training and support to junior staff when required.
• Attend regular team meetings and salon training sessions.
• Engage in upselling of services and products to boost revenue.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Nail Technology or equivalent
• Valid state-issued nail technician license

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years in a beauty salon environment preferred

• First Aid and CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
