Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our Lismore team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing risks to determine the insurability of clients. You will work collaboratively with brokers and clients to provide comprehensive insurance solutions and support.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments for various insurance products.
• Coordinate with claims teams to evaluate and settle claims.
• Ensure all underwriting practices meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Support clients with queries regarding policy terms and conditions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of underwriting experience preferred

Certifications

• Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certification
