Job Description

Join our growing team as an HVAC Technician, responsible for the full range of HVAC services including installation, maintenance, and repair work. You will interact with clients to provide tailored HVAC solutions, ensuring their systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex repairs on HVAC systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients.
• Calibrate and adjust HVAC systems for improved efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the development of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Train and mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• Certificate IV in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (preferred)

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and maintenance

Certifications

• Current Refrigeration & Air Conditioning ARCtick Licence (mandatory)

• Knowledge of Ductwork Installation: Experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining ductwork systems.
