Learning Specialist

Job Description

As a Learning Specialist, you'll design and implement effective training programs for our diverse clientele. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs, develop learning materials, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop corresponding training solutions.
• Facilitate group training and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance learning.
• Monitor and report on training program outcomes and employee progress.
• Utilise Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track training engagement and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback and support to employees post-training to reinforce learning.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
• Design e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Master’s Degree in Education or Training is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years’ experience in instructional design and training delivery

• E-learning development

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with compliance training: Understanding of compliance training in regulated industries.
