Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating Skoog machines efficiently while adhering to strict safety protocols. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of machines while meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control the operation of Skoog machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on the machinery.
• Ensure the raw materials used meet quality standards.
• Assist in developing production methods and standards.
• Work safely and follow all environmental and health regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Accurately complete production logs and reports.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in woodworking or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment

Languages
