Job Description

As a Wind Energy Development Manager, you'll oversee the planning and implementation of wind energy projects. You'll work with diverse teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to driving sustainable energy solutions and advancing our commitment to renewable energy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team in planning and executing wind energy projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for potential projects.
  • Coordinate the efforts of technical and support teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and community stakeholders to address concerns and secure necessary approvals.
  • Review project performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Foster a culture of safety and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in project management with specific experience in renewable energy projects.
