You'll be tasked with overseeing the delivery and maintenance of skip bins, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of skip bin collections to ensure timely service.
• Inspect skip bins for cleanliness and functionality regularly.
• Ensure all waste is sorted and disposed of according to local regulations.
• Coordinate with the recycling department to optimise waste recovery.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service schedules.
• Document all service requests and closures for record keeping.
• Train new staff on the use of equipment and safety practices.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in waste management or related field (desirable)

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in waste management or similar field.
