Electrical Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who is passionate about designing and implementing electrical systems and solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and residential projects, contributing to innovative engineering practices while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Create circuit designs and specifications for electrical systems.
• Review and approve electrical designs created by the team.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure all electrical installations adhere to safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for project execution.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support the testing and commissioning phases of projects.
• Document revisions and maintain updated project records.
• Educate and mentor less experienced team members.
• Research and incorporate new technologies in projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline
• Postgraduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in electrical engineering with project management experience
