We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Bar Hostess to join our team! In this role, you'll create an inviting atmosphere for guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience while enjoying our offerings. Your responsibilities will include serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Introduce and welcome customers to the bar.
• Take drink orders and prepare and serve beverages swiftly.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Engage customers in conversation and ensure their needs are met.
• Upsell products and encourage repeat business.
• Assist in operating the point of sale (POS) system effectively.
• Adhere to all hygiene standards and maintain food safety practices.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Diploma in Hospitality or Bar Management preferred

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Cocktails
• Food Safety Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Outgoing Personality
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Barista Training Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Mandarin: Basic

Advantageous

• Cocktail Making Experience: Previous experience in cocktail making will be advantageous.
