Job Description

We are looking for talented Producers and Directors to join our creative team. The successful candidates will spearhead the development and execution of high-quality film and television projects. A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce video content for various platforms and formats.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to craft compelling visual narratives.
• Source and manage talent, locations, and equipment for productions.
• Supervise the editing process, including sound design and colour grading.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in film and television production.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and production partners.
• Train and mentor junior team members and aspiring filmmakers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Film or related field
• Master's Degree in Film Production is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex film and television projects

Technical Skills

• Video Editing

Certifications

• Certified Film Producer
• Scrum Master Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
