Responsibilities

• Support the training of interns and new staff in laboratory procedures.
• Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with laboratory regulations.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives and contribute to laboratory research projects.

Advantageous

• Postgraduate qualification in a related field: A master's degree or additional certification in laboratory science is advantageous.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques: Hands-on experience with advanced lab techniques enhances candidate standing.
• Experience in specialized areas such as microbiology or hematology: Specialized knowledge in these areas is considered a plus.
