Job Description

In this role, you will operate and maintain sophisticated voice interception systems, monitor communications, and extract relevant information for intelligence reports. Your expertise will help safeguard our national interests through strategic intelligence gathering.

Responsibilities

  • Control and supervise the operation of voice interception devices.
  • Assess the quality of intercepted data and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with IT support to maintain system integrity.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of system processes.
  • Provide technical support to team members when needed.
  • Engage in strategic discussions for enhancing surveillance capabilities.
  • Assist in the development of operational guidelines for interception.
  • Compile findings from all surveillance activities in periodic reviews.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
  • Certifications in voice interception technologies highly desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in voice interception or related field
