Colorist

Job Description

As a Colorist, you will play a crucial role in the post-production process, enhancing the visual quality of our projects through expert color grading techniques. You will work closely with directors, cinematographers, and other creative professionals to bring the vision of our films to life.

Responsibilities

• Manipulate and adjust color and exposure of footage according to direction.
• Work closely with directors and cinematographers to ensure visual consistency.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and emerging color grading techniques.
• Manage the post-production pipeline to meet tight deadlines.
• Document color grades and adjustments for consistency in future projects.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Film or Media or equivalent experience

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Baselight
• Final Cut Pro

Soft Skills

• Time management
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HDR mastering: Hands-on experience master color grading for HDR formats.
• Knowledge of Dolby Vision standards: Understanding of Dolby Vision requirements for high dynamic range content.
