Job Description

The Thermodynamics Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in thermodynamics. This role includes conducting significant research in the field, publishing findings, and contributing to the department's overall academic and research programs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and lab sessions in thermodynamics.
  • Lead research projects and secure funding through grants.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students in academic projects.
  • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across departments.
  • Ensure academic integrity and quality in course delivery.
  • Assist in the administration of the department's academic activities.
  • Organize and participate in conferences and professional events.
  • Maintain an active presence in professional organizations.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in higher education roles
