In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing issues, providing solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical problems and give clear instructions for solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Assist in training staff on software and hardware use.
• Research and recommend new technologies and tools for better efficiency.
• Assist in inventory management of IT assets.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational qualification or certification

Experience

• 3 years in technical support or IT roles

Languages
