Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bendigo. The ideal candidate will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and reducing operational costs. You'll use your analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions, driving continuous improvement throughout the production line.

Responsibilities

• Establish standard operating procedures for production activities.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure safety standards are adhered to.
• Participate in cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices within the team.
• Monitor production performance, investigate variances, and initiate corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Master’s degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within manufacturing

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

• English: Fluent
