We are seeking a skilled Grab Hooker to join our team. The Grab Hooker will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery, including grab trucks and related equipment, to load and transport materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction or logistics industries, showcasing a strong ability to manage heavy lifting tasks safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilise heavy machinery effectively to minimise load times.
• Monitor weight loads and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage in continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance and potential upgrades.
• Participate in safety training and workshops as required.
• Establish rapport with clients during loading and delivery processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.
