Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex geodetic surveys across various terrains.
  • Utilise surveying software for data processing and analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment of project objectives.
  • Implement new surveying technologies to enhance data collection efficiency.
  • Conduct field assessments and surveys to determine geodetic requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of project timelines and milestones related to surveying.
  • Prepare cost estimates for surveying activities.
  • Review and assess accuracy of geospatial data collected by team members.
  • Participate in audits of surveying practices and results.
  • Engage with clients to discuss project expectations and deliverables.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or related field
  • Postgraduate degree is preferred
  • GPS technology Extensive experience in using GPS technology for precise surveying.
  • Surveying software Proficient with software like AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center.
  • Spatial data analysis Strong capabilities in analysing and interpreting spatial data.
  • Total station operation Expert in operating total stations for accurate measurements.
  • AutoCAD Skilled in using AutoCAD for drafting and designing survey plans.
  • Detail-oriented Exceptional attention to detail in surveying and data analysis.
  • Communication skills Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Analytical thinking High-level analytical skills for solving complex surveying challenges.
  • Registered Surveyor
  • Professional Certification in Geodesy
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Advanced knowledge of GIS software: Proficiency in using GIS tools for spatial analysis.
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects: Hands-on experience in surveying for major infrastructure initiatives.
