Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Construction Manager to oversee construction projects from the ground up in Cairns. The right candidate will coordinate operations, manage budgets, and lead a dedicated team to ensure project delivery meets our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create project plans detailing the execution of work and resource allocation.
  • Review and approve project designs and specifications.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and forecasts.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by promoting teamwork.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for project staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the construction team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of comprehensive experience in construction management
