Construction Manager

Job Description

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion in Albury. You will manage project schedules, budgets, and the day-to-day operations on-site, working closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings to communicate updates, changes, and timelines with team members and stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process.
• Track project performance and report any variances to stakeholders.
• Ensure all project documentation is updated and maintained accurately.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience overseeing construction projects
