Job Description

The Labor Utilization Superintendent is pivotal in ensuring optimal usage of labour resources across various projects. This role requires a strong focus on improving productivity, managing team efficiency, and adhering to compliance standards. With a robust background in labour management, the successful candidate will actively contribute to the development of strategies that enhance workforce performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of workforce strategies.
  • Assess and report on labour resource utilisation.
  • Coordinate with department heads on staffing needs.
  • Reinforce compliance with industry regulations and protocols.
  • Advise on training needs for increasing team capabilities.
  • Facilitate the development of performance metrics.
  • Compile and present data on labour efficiency.
  • Evaluate compensation and benefits for labour personnel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering
  • Additional qualifications in Human Resources are advantageous
