Job Description

As a Building Repairer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our buildings. Your responsibilities will include inspecting, repairing, and maintaining various building components. You’ll need a solid understanding of construction methods, as well as proficiency with tools and equipment to carry out your tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections to maintain overall building integrity.
• Perform general repairs across various trades including plumbing and electrical.
• Manage supplies, ensuring all materials are stocked and ready.
• Assist with installations of new systems like HVAC.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries timely.
• Adhere to all safety regulations during work.
• Manage time effectively to prioritize urgent repairs and maintenance needs.
• Work closely alongside tradespeople to complete projects.
• Provide mentoring support for junior repair technicians.
• Document all repair activities and findings methodically.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in Electrical or Plumbing

Experience

• Experience with large-scale building projects is a plus
